Well, although my answer is a little bit late since Sapient Global Market has long been merged in Publicis Sapient. Still, I hear a lot of my colleagues and juniors discussing about “brutal firing” in Publicis Sapient, and how they have job security fear.

So, I thought to put my hands on Sapient employee reviews and tell that these rumors are not true.

I repeat- “Publicis Sapient does NOT brutally fire people.

First of all, Publicis Sapient laid off employees after giving them several notices and chance to improve performances. I know this because my friend was one of those people. She had a feedback session, in which her manager gave her 3 months to do work and prove her worth in the project.

She tried hard, but her ratings did not improve. So, finally she was given one-month notice period to leave and search for different opportunity.

In this Sapient Global Markets Bangalore reviews, I would say that if you are a fresher, then it depends a lot on what technology you are assigned the project. My suggestion is that you should do some technical certifications in trending technology and talk to your people manager. They are the best people, who will listen to your issues, worries and will ensure you get desired work profile.

For people who are hardworking and forthcoming, it should not be a problem. Job security is present in Publicis Sapient for people who take initiatives, are always ready to grab opportunity and who can justify their work.

This is not a rocket science, so you can do it!

Just be tension-free, join/work in Publicis Sapient with open mind and give your 100%.

You will fly your wings to your destination soon…
